Transferrable Skills Test

A lot of what we learn in school goes in one ear and out the other. Many students and many people returning to the workforce go through a bit of a rough awakening when stepping into a new job. In many positions, you have to be able to hit the ground running, or at least cope as best you can with a steep learning curve. Fortunately, there are certain competencies and skills that can transfer quite easily from school to the work world, and from one job to another. These "transferrable" skills can make it easier to adapt to a new position, and can prove useful, if not crucial, to job success. If you're looking for employment, it might be a good idea to determine where you stand in terms of these important skills.

Read every statement carefully and indicate which option applies best to you. Choose answers based on your typical thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and behavior. There may be some questions describing situations that you have never experienced before. In such cases, select the answer you would most likely choose if you ever found yourself in such a situation.

After finishing the test, you will receive a Snapshot Report with an introduction, a graph and a personalized interpretation for one of your test scores. You will then have the option to purchase the full results.
