Your personality can impact everything from the type of job you choose to the people you become friends with. Just as there are various theories on personality, there is also an abundance of tests available to test those theories. Among the most widely known personality assessments is DISC, originally based on the theories of William Mouton Marston (1928). This version of the DISC personality model assesses four main traits: Dominance, Influence, Supportiveness, and Conscientiousness.
The following test is made up of self-assessment and multiple choice questions. Read each question carefully and answer truthfully. Remember that when it comes to personality, there is no right or wrong answer.
After finishing the test, you will receive a Snapshot Report with an introduction, and a summary of your strengths as well as areas that need improvement. You will then have the option to purchase the full results.
