The temptation to act dishonestly at work can be enticing. How many times have you used company time to check posts on Facebook or Twitter? How often do you use the printer or other equipment for personal use? Or took that one, teeny, tiny box of pens or blank CDs that no one will surely miss? These are certainly not the crimes of the century, but time theft, "cyber-loafing," and flat-out stealing adds up - and that's aside from the potentially irreversible damage dishonesty can do to your reputation. So are you a person that an employer can trust without fail?

Read every statement carefully and indicate which option applies best to you. Choose answers based on your typical thoughts, feelings, and behavior. There may be some questions describing situations that you may feel are not relevant to your circumstances. In such cases, select the answer you would most likely choose if you ever found yourself in such a situation.

After finishing the test, you will receive a Snapshot Report with an introduction, a graph and a personalized interpretation for one of your test scores. You will then have the option to purchase the full results.
